moperaの契約であれば、APNはそれで大丈夫だと思います。
もし「接続先限定」のオプションに入っていれば、従量制のAPNに接続することがないので安心ですよ！

APNを設定してみてください。
spモードならspmode.ne.jpなど、設定>無線とネットワーク>アクセスポイントの設定みたいな項目があると思うので。

ご覧いただきありがとうございました。
ソニエリの標準ROMでは日本仕様ではないため、プッシュ受信ができません。
一番手っ取り早いのは、ThGo2など、日本人が作ったカスタムROMを焼くことです。
また再設定になってしまうのは申し訳ないですが、よろしくお願いいたします。

ただ・・・spモードメールの自動受信ができません(自動受信オンになってます)。
